Level 1 and Level 2 are two days (16 hours each) and Level 3 is three days (24 hours) . Coursework is primarily hands on. There is a 4:1 ratio of practicing students to teacher. All materials are included for classroom learning (Risers, mats, chairs, poles, gripper and pads) in your LM1 class purchase. Additional Risers are available for purchase at seminars. Printed manuals will be provided to everyone that detail learning objectives and technique descriptions with animated, colored photos. Coursework is appropriate for individuals that are comfortable getting on and off the floor, feel confident balancing and have a basic understanding of human anatomy/movement.
In order to receive certification in each level you must attend and participate in all classroom hours and pass a written and practical exam as well as complete the required practice hours. Active Fascial Unwinding certification is valid for three years from the date of issuance. Re-certification requires auditing the course of your current certification level. Class audits are offered at a discounted rate.
