Level 3 takes students into even more detail with smaller areas of focus and assessment. Level 3 techniques will bring more power, efficiency and results. The focus is on treating injuries associated with different sport and movement patterns. Students will be proficient with head to toe techniques for increased speed, efficiency, and performance. This will be an open forum of learning and sharing experience we expect students to be proficient in Level 1 and Level 2. We teach 30+ techniques in this class over a three day period.
